On 20 November, the subcommittee hear from Bob Keefe, the executive director for Environmental Entrepreneurs; Vi Lyles, the mayor of Charlotte, North Carolina; Ernest Moniz, the founder and chief executive officer of the Energy Futures Initiative; and Rich Powell, the executive director of ClearPath.
