For Download: The EPC Engineering Sequence Workflow
The engineering aspects of an EPC project can easily be overwhelming. It is important to focus on the key steps and the interfaces between disciplines. To this end, I authored the OGF EPC Quiz, which moved across the various engineering stages in EPC and ended with a one-page workflow of all the project stages involved.
On feedback from readers on the usefulness of the synoptic workflow, it is now being provided for download below. After studying the workflow, if you would like to test yourself, click here to take the quiz.

Better Abandonment Cost Estimates Yield Improved Project Valuations
Developing an asset requires key investment decisions to be made early in the process, and as a result, some critical cost evaluations—such as abandonment—are often ballpark estimates. Adjusting the parameters for evaluating these costs can lead to more-accurate project valuations.
