Subsea UK has upgraded its market intelligence product, SubseaIntel, so members can access the latest global opportunities when the economy starts to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic.

SubseaIntel is an online database that provides subsea-specific market intelligence. The new version of the database is live, and Subsea UK is offering e-learning events.

The tool provides information on almost 1,400 subsea oil-and-gas projects and 130 renewable projects worldwide and allows users to discover relevant opportunities and news relating to these projects.

"The current global situation and low oil price have resulted in projects being deferred or cancelled,” said Neil Gordon, chief executive of Subsea UK. “However, the supply chain needs access to dynamic market intelligence to monitor the changes and identify opportunities … SubseaIntel is now revamped and ready for them to use in planning, forecasting, and assisting with business development strategies.”
