Canada will host an SPE International Young Professionals (YP) workshop! In a resource-rich country such as Canada, we need to maintain a critical mass of talented juniors throughout every stage of their career. This can be done by encouraging mentoring, technical development, and soft skills training; therefore, the theme of this workshop will be “Realizing Your Potential—Knowledge and Teamwork in the Petroleum Industry.” Our goal is to have an international flavor in both the attendees and activities.
